This recipe is super simple and only takes a few ingredients to get it going.
- 8-10 ears of corn
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Unsalted butter, salt and pepper to taste
- Either fresh herbs or green onions to taste
When you’ve gathered together all of your ingredients. Put the corn in your slow cooker with the 1/3 cup of water and cook it on high for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
Once the corn is bright and tender, carefully remove the hot foot with tongs. Then season it with salt, pepper, butter, and herbs to taste.
