Next time you’re in a hurry but still really want that steak dinner, this life hack will cut your cooking time down to a bear minimum.

How? When you watch the video you’ll learn how to cook a frozen steak without defrosting it! This kitchen hack is a must-know for any culinary person. Check it out now!

Don’t bother defrosting your steak. This method will cook your slab of beef quicker and better than ever. Plus it saves you a lot of time.

First place your frying pan on medium high heat and pour on some olive oil. Let it heat up for a few minutes.

Grab the frozen steak and place it in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Now preheat your oven to 200°F.

After a few minutes, flip your steak over and let it defrost on the other side too.

Transfer the steak from the pan to the baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

TIP: Use a meat thermometer to make sure you get your desired tenderness.
*Rare equals 120-125°F.
*Medium equals 140-145°F.
*Well done equals anything over 160°F.

When it’s done, don’t cut it into right away. Wrap the steak in aluminum foil to retain the juices for about 10 minutes.

After that, your steak is perfect and ready to eat!
