A poll conducted by NBC News and the Wall Street Journal shows that the majority of Americans want to replace every member of Congress with someone new.

The poll, conducted between July 17-21, shows that 83% of respondents disapprove of the job that Congress is doing, and that the item that most frustrates them is the inability of Congress to get things done.

The survey followed up by asking, “If there were a place on your ballot that allowed you to vote to defeat and replace every single member of Congress, including your own representative, would you do this, or not?” Fifty-seven percent of the respondents answered “Yes.”

Surprisingly, even with these low marks for Congress, more Americans trust Congress over President Obama. When asked, “Who do you want to see take the lead role in setting policy for the country?” Only 26% more people wanted Congress making the decisions instead of President Obama.

How would you have answered the questions?
